RECRUITMENT AND
SETTLEMENT(1)
of the
secondary school teachers
1 - The teachers of
the
secondary
schools
are recruited among the laureates of the promotions of the superior schools
having got a Bachelor of Art or Science. They are classified at the level 14,
category 05, after signing
their verbal suit of installation as training teachers.
2 - They are recruited like training teachers by the slant of a
contest including written tests. The candidates having right to the registration
to this contest have either a B.A. or are specialized engineers of state in
matters as definite by the ministerial order of the 18/05/1991 and the 20/05/91.
3 - The decree of training is indispensable for the teachers
newly recruited because without this document, he / she cannot pretend to the
establishment
exam.
This document must be inevitably validated by the services of the
public function and the financial control.
The article 13 of the ministerial decree n° 49-90 of the
06/02/1990 has fixed the period of training of the secondary education teachers
to nine (09) months.
4—the professor having got his decree of training must enter
immediately in contact with the assistant manager of the studies of his/her
school to ask for his/her registration in the list of the
training teachers being
candidates to the
establishment exam.
The definitive list of the candidacies is transmitted to the
different inspectors of education and formation by the services concerned of the
direction of education.
The file of candidacy that will be transmitted by the
administration the school to the direction of education must include the
following papers:
- Printed papers put by the school administration at the
candidate's
disposal.
- The decree of training
- The decree of nomination
- The verbal suit of
installation
- The diploma
5 - In order to improve his/her professional expertises, the
training teacher must - and this for the whole period of his training -
integrate himself/herself in the school environment.
The educational cell, constituted of the matter teachers, is to
offer to the trainees all the help they need.
The inspector of the matter encharged, will assure a periodic
handling of the trainees by organizing seminaries, regroupings or educational
half-days.
